Wark, the castle, manor, and vill, of no annual value because of the devastation caused by the Scots and the desolation of the country, held of the king in chief as ¼ knight’s fee.
East or West Learmouth, the vill, annual value 40s. and no more because of the sterility and devastation of the country;
Pressen, the vill, annual value 40s.;
Mindrum, the vill, of no annual value and desolate and waste for the above reasons;
Pawston, the vill, of no annual value these days for the above reasons;
Kilham, the vill, annual value 30s. and no more these days for the above reasons; and
Heddon, the vill, of no annual value for the above reasons,
all held of the king , of the lordship of Wark, by socage.
Wooler, the manor, annual value 60s., held of the king as 1/20 knight’s fee.

all held of the king , of the manor or lordship of Wooler, by socage.
Earle, the manor, annual value 6s. 8d., held of the king , of the lordship of Dunstanburgh, by socage.
Howick, the manor, annual value £4;
Alnwick, 2 tenements and 15 a. arable, annual value 5s.; and
Doddington, the manor and vill, annual value £4 and no more for the above reasons,
all held of Henry, earl of Northumberland , of his lordship of Alnwick, by socage.
North Middleton, the vill, annual value 20s. and no more for the above reasons, held of the king , of the lordship of Bamburgh, by socage.
He held the following jointly feoffed with Elizabeth his wife, who survives, to them and the heirs of Ralph’s body, by grant of Robert Fytzhugh, clerk , William Eure, knight , William Crake, rector of the church of West Tanfield , William Foxholes, rector of the church of Finghall , William Lameslee, chaplain , John Forster, chaplain , and John Clerk of Nesbit or Nesbitt, as appears by a charter shown to the jurors.

all of no annual value because of the sterility and devastation of the country, held of Robert, bishop of Durham , of his lordship of Norham, service unknown.
Howick, the manor; and
Hawkhill, the manor,

He died on 17 March last. Ralph Gray is his son and next heir, aged 16 and more.
