Cresswell, a third of 2 parts of a watermill, worth 3s. 4d. yearly; and
Belph, 13d. free rent, taken from various free tenants at Lady Day and the Nativity of Mary equally
. The croft, land, mill, and rent are held of Ranulph Rye, son, a minor in the king’s wardship, service unknown.
She died on 27 April last. Ranulph Rye, son, as above, is her son and next heir and aged 17 and more.
