The following lands, etc., came into the hands of ‪ Henry IV owing to the death of Elizabeth, who was the wife of William Andrew , and the minority of Thomas Andrew , son and heir of Elizabeth, and they remain in the current king’s hand.

He died on 20 October 1421. Margaret Andrew and Joan, wife of Robert Codlyng , daughters of William his brother are his next heirs, and are aged 26 years and more and 24 years and more, respectively.
