The following lands came into the hands of ‪ Henry IV owing to the death of Elizabeth, who was the wife of William Andrew , and the minority of Thomas Andrew , son and heir of Elizabeth, and they remain in the current king’s hand.

He died on 20 February 1430. Margaret Andrew and Joan, wife of Robert Codlyng , daughters of William, brother of John his father, are his next heirs because he died without an heir of his body. Margaret was aged 24 years at the time of the death of Nicholas, and is now aged 28 years and more. Joan was then aged 22 years, and is now aged 26 years and more.
