He died on 21 August last. Margaret, wife of the earl of Westmorland , is his kin and next heir, as the daughter of Reynold junior , the son of Reynold the father. She is aged 24 and more.
The jurors also say that on 4 April 1446 at Boardfield Church, Simon atte Seathe and Stephen atte Seathe felled and carried off 6 cart-loads of underwood growing in the king’s highway, worth 2s., without licence, for which they are to answer the king. The jurors have nothing further to say on behalf of the king.
