a messuage, worth nothing yearly; 51 a. arable, each acre truly worth 2d. yearly; and 1 a. meadow, worth 12d. yearly, held of the king in chief as 1/50 knight’s fee; and
2 cottages, truly worth 4d. yearly, and 2½ a. land, each acre truly worth 2d. yearly, and the half-acre truly worth 1d. yearly, held of the countess of Oxford , service unknown.

He died on 8 November 1443. Thomas Sussex is his brother n062 and next heir, aged 50 and more.
