But he held the following by curtesy after the death of Margery, late his wife, one of the daughters and heirs of Warin Larchedekene knight, from the inheritance of [1.] Eleanor, wife of Walter Lucy knight , another of the daughters of Warin, and sister and one of the heirs of Margery; and [2.] Joan, wife of Nicholas Carrew knight , the daughter of Philippa the third daughter of Warin, and kin and another heir of Margery.

In the charter the premises were described as his manors of Tolverne, Prospidnick, Bodbrane, Reperry, and Pengwedna, and all his messuages, lands, and tenements, and rents, services, reversions, and knight’s fees of all the tenants who held of him separately in the vills named below. Pengwedna, the manor, held of Edward Pomeray , of his manor of Tregony, in socage. In the manor there are 12 messuages, each worth 6d. yearly; 24 ferlings of land, each worth 12d. yearly; and 40s. 7d. rent received from free tenants at the above feasts. ; all held of John Arundell, esquire , of his manor of Trembleath, in socage. ; all held of John Arundell, esquire , service unknown.
