Part of John Tiptoft and Joyce his wife:1/2 manor of Plas-yn-Dinas containing the site of the manor, and all lands and tenements, meadows, pastures, rents, and services extending to the vills of Mellemor de Llanfechain, Lledrod, Cadoynbayn, and Kuthegil, with all their rights and appurtenances, extending at 15s. 1d. according to the extent made and returned to Chancery.
