Fullwood (Folwod) and Hulland (Hallerland), 100 a. land, 60 a. meadow, and 40 a. pasture. Each acre of the land, meadow, and pasture is worth 3d. yearly.

Annual value 100s. and no more because Richard Grey , described as Richard Grey, chevalier, lord of Wilton , by charter dated at Wendover on 8 March 1434, shown to the jurors, granted to William Fowler of Weston Turville, esquire, for his good counsel past and future, an annual rent of 20s. to be taken from all his lands and tenements in Aston Clinton and The Hale – that comprise the manor of Aston Clinton – to hold the rent to him for life, payable at Lady Day and Michaelmas equally, as more fully contained in the charter.

By charter and with royal licence, shown to the jurors [CPR 1436–41, p. 553], he granted the manors and advowson to Ralph Cromwell, knight , William Boerley , Robert Darcy , John Throgmerton , John Wynnesbury , and William Laken , and their heirs and assigns.n492 The grant was made on condition that when Richard or his heirs pay William Boerley, or his executors and administrators at one and the same time 1000 marks of good and legal English money at Ludlow in Shropshire, Richard and his heirs may enter the manors and advowson and have them once again.n493 Neither the 1000 marks, nor any parcel thereof, has been paid by Richard during his life, or by his heirs after his death, to William Boerley, still living.
