Evington in the parish of Leigh, 2 messuages and 2 carucates of land, of which one is called ‘Derneford’ and the other ‘Deuerux’. Each messuage is worth 20d. yearly and each carucate is worth 40s. yearly.
Leigh, one messuage, worth 12d. yearly, 24 a. land, each acre worth 4d. yearly, and 6 a. meadow, each acre worth 20d. yearly.
Staverton, 17s. rent.
The messuages, land, meadow, and rent are not held of the king in chief, nor is any parcel thereof, but of whom they are held is unknown.
Woodmancote, one messuage, worth 12d. yearly, and 40 a. land, each acre worth 4d. yearly, held of the king in chief as 1/10 knight’s fee.

She died on 12 February 1436. Thomas Toky is her kin and next heir, as son of Edmund son of Joan. He is aged 30 and more.

John Rede of Gloucester, lately ‘brewer’ of the parish of St Trinity, Gloucester, took the issues from the time of Joan’s death, and yet takes them.
