She held the following in dower from the inheritance of William Ferrers , son and heir of Edmund Ferrers, knight, lately her husband.
Keyston, the manor, except the rent from free tenants and their services, and advowson of the church there. There is a site, worth nothing yearly; 32 messuages and 24 cottages, worth nothing yearly; a windmill, worth 10s. yearly; 200 a. land, each acre worth 3d. yearly; 35 a. meadow, each acre worth 6d. yearly; 20 a. pasture, each acre worth 1d. yearly; 14 a. wood, worth nothing yearly; £4 rent called ‘le mycheyelderent’, payable at Michaelmas and Easter equally; view of frankpledge held twice yearly, viz., after Michaelmas and after Easter, worth 13s. 4d. yearly; and a court baron held every three weeks, worth nothing yearly above the fees of steward and bailiff. The manor is held of the king in chief as a knight’s fee.

She died on 4 November last. William Ferrers is her son and next heir, and aged 28 and more.
