Holdings
He was lately seised of the manor of Nether Badgworth in demesne as of fee. Thus seised, and long before his death, by charter dated on 12 November 1436 and shown to the jurors, he granted the manor to Thomas Stowell, knight , John Flory , Richard Mey, clerk , all now deceased, and Richard Luterell , William Artur , William Gascoigne , John Batyn, clerk , and William Magot , all still living, and their heirs and assigns. They were thus seised in demesne as of fee, and continued their possession of the manor for all of Philip’s life.
Nether Badgworth, the manor, held of John, bishop of Bath and Wells , by one unmewed goshawk, or 20s., payable at Michaelmas for all services.

He died on 28 April last. Richard is his son and next heir, and aged 24 and more.
