He held no lands or tenements of the king in chief in demesne or service, but he id hold the following in demesne as of fee simple.

Poole,... burgages in the vill, annual value..., held of Henry, bishop of Winchester , cardinal of England , in free burgage, service unknown.
He held the following messuages and close, jointly seised with Stephen Houchyn , still living, by grant of Isabel ?Mouthe, lately wife of Richard Bown of Poole, ?son [or] ?daughter (fil’) and heir of Agnes Yonge , lately wife of Thomas Yonge of Salisbury, kin and heir of Margaret Taverner of Wimborne Minster, to hold to William and Stephen and their heirs and assigns, as [more fully] apparent in a charter, shown to the jurors. The charter is dated at Wimborne Minster on 30 September 1435. Stephen now holds the messuages and close to him and his heirs by right of survivorship after the death of William.
Wimborne Minster, 9 messuages with their curtilages and one close containing an acre of land.

He died on 7 March last. John Warner, vicar of Banwell in Somerset is his brother and next heir, and aged 30 and more.
