Cavendish, 1/2 manor called ‘Nethirhalle’, true annual value 20s., held of the king in chief as 1/20 knight’s fee.
Clare, a tenement called ‘Wegges’, true annual value 10s., held of Richard, duke of York , service unknown.

Isabel died on 6 June last. John Claveryng , son of Richard Claveryng , is kin and next heir of Richard Wegge , viz., son of Margaret, daughter of Richard Wegge , and was aged 8 years and more on 14 November 1435.
