Regarding the true annual value of the manor of Flockthorpe in Hardingham. Order to make an extent and return it to the barons of the Exchequer at Westminster on 3 November.

In the manor of Flockthorpe in Hardingham, of which he was formerly seised in demesne as of fee, is the following. A manorial site, worth nothing yearly; 200 a. arable, each acre worth 3d. yearly; 40s. yearly rent from tenants, payable at Easter and Michaelmas equally; 8 a. meadow, each acre worth 8d. yearly; a court, held monthly if necessary, worth 5s. 8d. yearly beyond the steward’s costs;
and the advowson of the church of Hardingham, belonging to the manor, which church is occupied by John Smyth, clerk , by presentation of the said late earl of Arundel , and the advowson is worth £10 yearly beyond works and reprises.
