Bishop’s Lynn, a small tenement, with a garden attached, a wharf (‘le wherff’) in Fincham Lane, annual value 6s. 8d., and 20s. rent from free tenants, payable at Michaelmas, held of the king in chief as 1/50 knight’s fee.
From the time of Alice’s death to the present, John Assheden , Edward Mayn and John Freuyll of the same vill have occupied and taken the profits, title unknown.
Stradsett, a messuage and 8 1/2 a. land called ‘Geystestenement’, 3 a. land called ‘Heygate’, 2 a. land, 2 a. meadow and 3 a. enclosed wood, lying together at Kechilwod, a close called ‘Uphalleyerd’, and 16d. rent from free tenants, payable at Easter and Michaelmas equally, annual value, including the rent, 3s. 4d., held of the king as of his honour of Wormegay for 1d. yearly.
From the time of Alice’s death to the present, Thomas Seman of Watlington has occupied and taken the profits from the messuage and 8 1/2 a. land, Thomas Russell likewise the 3 a. land called ‘Heygate’, and Thomas Mosell and Thomas Pycot of Stradsett likewise the rest, in each case title unknown.

She died on 30 December 1427. Heirs as 651.
