He held the following in demesne as of fee jointly with Elizabeth his wife, still living, by enfeoffment of John Merbury , John Brugge and John Vynter , esquires, by a deed of theirs dated on 4 June 1420, granting it to them and their heirs.
Holme, the manor in Sutton and Beckingham, held of Lord Latimer , service unknown. There is a site, worth nothing yearly; 8 bovates of land, each worth 6s. 8d. yearly; 30 a. meadow, each acre worth 8d. yearly; 60 a. pasture, each acre worth 1d. yearly; and 8 a. wood, each acre worth 3d. yearly.

He died on 12 September last. Simon, his son and next heir, was aged a year and no more on 1 August last.

He held the following in demesne as of fee jointly with Elizabeth his wife, still living, by enfeoffment of John Merbury , John Brugge and John Vynter , esquires, by a deed of theirs dated on 1 October 1421, granting it to them and their heirs. ‪ Henry V, by letters patent dated on 14 December 1413, shown to the jurors, pardoned the grantors and grantees for this alienation and acquisition.
Westbury on Severn, 1/3 manor, annual value 10 marks, held of the current king in chief as 1/3 knight’s fee.
He held the following in demesne as of fee tail jointly with Elizabeth his wife, still living, by grant of John Chaddesdene , by a fine levied on the morrow of the Ascension 1417, granting it to them and the heirs of their bodies [CP 25/1/291/64, no. 79].
Bollow, the manor, annual value 100s., held of the duke of Lancaster as of his honour of Monmouth, as 1/4 knight’s fee.

But he held the following jointly with Elizabeth his wife, still living, by grant of John Merbury , John Brugge and John Vynter , esquires, by a deed of theirs dated on 1 October 1421, to them and their heirs, by the name of all messuages, lands, tenements, meadows, pastures, rents and services in Burghill, Tillington and Wellington called ‘Mauncelleslond’.

Burghill, Tillington and Wellington, 6 messuages, 200 a. land and 10 a. meadow, annual value 100s., 4 of the 6 messuages and 100 a. of the land held as above, and the remaining 2 messuages and 100 a. land and the 10 a. meadow, together with all other lands and tenements in Burghill now in the hands of Walter Hakeluyt, esquire , held of Anne, countess of Stafford , as of her castle and lordship of Brecon, service unknown.
He held the following in demesne as of fee tail jointly with Elizabeth his wife, still living, by grant of John Chaddesdene , by a fine, etc., as 625.
