Alice lately wife of Thomas Barre, knight , took all of the profits, by unknown title, from the time of his death until Joan, lady Abergavenny, expelled her on 6 November 1421 by virtue of a lifetime grant of the profits to her by Henry V [CPR 1416–22, p. 306]. After Joan’s death, John Darcy , Bartholomew Brokesby , Walter Kebyll , William Creke, clerk , and John Bultus , the executors of Joan’s will, took the profits, and they still take them.
