She was seised of the following in demesne as of fee.

Sturden, the manor, annual value 40s., held of the king by service of an annual rent of 15s. The sheriff of Gloucester is accustomed to take this rent from the manor at Michaelmas, answering for it to the king at the Exchequer on his account.
Glasspool Mill, a watermill of this name, annual value 5s., held of Humphrey, duke of Gloucester , as of his manor of Barton Regis by Bristol, service unknown.
Wick by Berkeley, a messuage, annual value 3s. 4d., held of James Berkeley, Lord Berkeley , service unknown.
She married Nicholas Stanshawe , still living, and they had issue, Robert, still living. William Smalcombe and John Webbe of Tockington granted, by their indented deed shown to the jurors, the following manor and all lands, tenements, rents, reversions and services which they had by grant of Ralph Waleys in Hinton, to her and the heirs of her body, to hold of the chief lords of the fee by due services. By virtue of this grant, she was seised in demesne as of fee tail, and died thus seised. Successive reversions were specified in the grant, to Reynold Waleys and the heirs of his body, Margery Fitznycoll and the heirs of her body, and to Reynold’s right heirs, all to hold of the chief lords of the fee by due services.
Hinton, the manor, in the hundred of Grumbolds Ash, annual value 40s., held of John Kemeys and Margaret his wife as of their manor of Dyrham, service unknown.
Thomas Capell and John Wykeham granted the following to Nicholas Stanshawe and Margery his wife and their heirs and assigns. This was done by an enfeoffment shown to the jurors. By virtue of this grant, Nicholas and Margery were seised in demesne as of fee at the time of Margery’s death.
Hempton, the manor, annual value 40s., with
6 marks rent in Stoke Gifford and Wick,
held of Thomas Bradestone as of his manor of Winterbourne, for a yearly rent of a gilt spur or 6d., whichever they choose.
