In the presence of Richard Beauchamp and William Parlour , attorney of John Jonettes and Elizabeth his wife. 295 Shown below is the partition of lands and tenements held by Richard Beamond for life by curtesy after the death of Katherine his wife, with reversion to Richard Beauchamp and Elizabeth, wife of John Jonettes , kin and heirs of Katherine, viz., Richard is the son of Alice one of Katherine’s daughters, and Elizabeth is Katherine’s other daughter. Having taken the fealty owed to the king by Richard Beauchamp and John, and with reasonable relief paid to the Exchequer by Richard Beauchamp , and John and Elizabeth, the escheator caused them to have full seisin of their purparties according to the extent previously made of the partition.n159 Purparty of Richard Beauchamp . Tarrington, 1⁄2 messuage, 40 a. land, 8 a. meadow, and 16s. assize rent, payable at Michaelmas and Lady Day equally, except a moiety of 4 a. arable in the purparty assigned to Elizabeth. Purparty of Elizabeth, wife of John Jonettes . Bullinghope, 1⁄2 messuage and 13s. rent, payable at Michaelmas and Lady Day equally. Clehonger, 5s. rent service, payable at Michaelmas and Lady Day equally. Tarrington, a moiety of 4 a. arable, of which one acre lies in ‘Ronhulle’, with land of Thomas Ferrers on both sides, another acre lies in ‘Coldisin’, with land of Thomas Ferrers on one side, and that of John Barre on the other; the third acre lies at ‘Leyskocshette’, with land of Walter Henbarow on one side, and ‘Leyslond’ on the other; and the fourth acre lies in ‘Badrycheshuryn’, with ‘Westheggegrove’ on one side, and land of Walter Henbarow on the other.
