Thomas Bailly , 50 years and more, carried Hugh in his arms to and from the church. Roger Geyton , 70 years and more, says that John his son was born. John Olyegge , 50 years and more, says that Richard de Helde shot him with an arrow in the shin, wounding him badly. William Redynges , 48 years and more, rode for Felicia Armestronge and carried her to the vill of Cossall to raise Hugh from the font. Richard Dalderby , 55 years and more, fell from a bay horse and broke his arm. William de Kechyn , 58 years and more, espoused Margaret Philipotte . Thomas Okeley , 60 years and more, carried the chrism to the font for Hugh’s baptism. John Wryght , 60 years and more, says that William Skevyngton, esquire , father of Hugh, hired John Wryght to build a new grange in a tenement at Cossall.
