Holdings
She held no lands or tenements of ‪ Henry V in chief in demesne or service. She held the manor of Rufforth in her demesne as of free tenement, for life, by grant and enfeoffment of Brian de Stapilton, knight , her son, reversion to him and his heirs.
Rufforth, the manor, held of the heirs of Peter de Brus , service unknown. There is the site – a waste ‘stead’ – worth nothing yearly above its repair and enclosure; a small wood, its profits worth nothing yearly above its enclosure and maintenance; 4 tofts, each worth 6d. yearly; 100 a. demesne land, each acre worth 6d. yearly; 40 a. meadow, each acre worth 12d. yearly; 40 a. pasture, each acre worth 2d. yearly; and 40s. rent from 10 messuages in Rufforth, at Pentecost and Martinmas equally.

She died on 21 December 1417. Brian de Stapilton is her kinsman and next heir as son and heir of Brian de Stapilton, knight , her son, aged 21 years and more on 13 November last.

The manor was occupied, and the issues taken, by Richard Redeman, knight , her husband, from her death until his death on 22 May 1426, and then by Thomas Brokett, senior , until the day of this inquisition, title and manner unknown.
