Owing to the death of John Mortymer, chevalier , and the minority of John Mortymer , his son and heir, the following came into the hands of ‪ Henry V and are in the hands of ‪ Henry VI .

Tedstone Wafer, the manor, held of lady Anne, countess of Stafford , in chief of the honour of Brecknock by knight service, annual value £4 4d.
Hampton Wafer, the manor, held of the same countess in chief of the same honour by knight service, annual value 40s.
Marstonsmulle’, a carucate of land and a watermill, held of the abbot of Reading of his manor of Leominster, service unknown, annual value 20s.
Collington, 15s. assize rent, held of Thomas, bishop of Hereford , service unknown.
Bodenham ‘Fourches’, a small parcel of land, held of the heirs of Thomas Lucy, knight , service unknown, annual value 4s.
Saltmarsh, a parcel of land so called, held of whom and by what service unknown, annual value 15s.
Edvin Loach or Edwyn Ralph (Hyghyedvyn),
a messuage and a carucate of land called ‘Baderon ys tenement’, held of Thomas, bishop of Hereford , in right of his church, service unknown, annual value 3s. 4d.; and
a messuage and 1/2 virgate of arable, held of John Blakeney by service of 1/2lb. cumin and 1/2lb. pepper, annual value 40d.

He died on 4 August 1420. Hugh Mortymer is his brother and next heir, aged 21 years and more.
