She held the following in Leigh for life of the same inheritance by demise of John Crowchere , citizen of London, to Thomas Hayton and Beatrice and the heirs of their bodies, of the king in chief by knight service.
Leigh, a messuage, worth nothing yearly; 80 a. arable, each acre worth 8d. yearly; 20 a. pasture, each acre worth 8d. yearly; and 10 a. wood, worth nothing yearly.
She died on 28 January last. Agnes is aged 30 years and more.
