In the moiety there is a capital messuage, worth nothing yearly; 16s. 8d. assize rent, at Lady Day and Michaelmas equally; 60 a. land, worth 10s. yearly; 4 a. meadow, worth 6s. 8d. yearly; and 20 a. pasture, worth nothing yearly because lying in common for the tenants.

He died on 24 March last. Humphrey de Hill is his son and next heir, aged 24 yeas and more.
