She held the following in dower after the death of John Sutton, knight , of the inheritance of John Sutton, knight , his son and heir, all part and members of the castle of Dudley and the manor of Sedgley, which are held of the king in chief by baron service.
Kingswinford, the manor, with the advowson of its church. In the manor there is the site, worth nothing yearly; 8 carucates of land, each acre worth 14s. yearly; 16 a. meadow, each acre worth 12d. yearly; and 100s. 6d. rents of customary tenants at Pentecost and Martinmas in equal portions.
Himley, the manor. In the manor there is the site, worth nothing yearly; 5s. assize rent at the same feasts similarly; 2 carucates of land, each worth 10s. yearly; 4 a. meadow, each acre worth 8d. yearly; a watermill, worth 10s. yearly; and 6 a. wood called ‘Humeley More’, worth nothing yearly.
Rowley Somery, the manor or lordship. In the manor there is the site, worth nothing yearly; 8s. rents of customary tenants as above; a carucate of land, worth 6s. 8d. yearly; and 3 a. meadow, each acre worth 8d. yearly.
Sedgley, the park of Sedgley, containing 100 a. pasture, each acre worth 2d. yearly, and 100 a. wood, worth nothing yearly.
Sedgley, 20 a. pasture between the park and Wolverhampton, each acre worth 4d. yearly, a watermill called ‘Castelmylle’, worth 6s. 8d. yearly, and 2 a. meadow called ‘Lordesmore’, each acre worth 10d. yearly.
Darlaston, 2 a. meadow called ‘Brademedowe’, each worth 10d. yearly.
Profits of all courts, 1/3 profits of all courts in these manors and lordship, held singly and jointly with the same John, son of John, annual value 6s. 8d.
Pensnett, 1,000 a. wood called ‘Swynford Bailly’, and
Baggerugge, 100 a. wood, and
Horsecroft by Himley, 20 a. wood,
all worth nothing yearly.
Great Barr and Aldridge, a knight’s fee.
Orton, Wombourn, Oxley and Bradley, 2 knights’ fees.

She also held in dower after the death of John, lately her husband,
in the king’s forest of Kinver, 8 a. pasture, each acre worth 6d. yearly, and 4 a. meadow there called ‘Russhemedowe’ and ‘le Orchard’, each acre worth 7d. yearly. These are part of a messuage, a carucate of land and 12 a. meadow in the same forest and called ‘Prestode’, which are held of the king in chief by service of keeping his close of Ashwood in the forest.
She died on 23 September 1432. The same John, son of John, is aged 30 years and more.
