He granted the above to William Mirfeld, esquire , John Manyngham of Neuland , Henry Northorp, chaplain , and John Laverok , and to their heirs and assigns in perpetuity. The grant was made by charter in which he is described as Oliver Woderofe of Woolley and the messuages etc. are described as the manor of Woolley and all lands, tenements, rents, and services that he held on the day of making the charter in Woolley, Notton, Kettilmanthorp , Higham, Barnby, Cromwell Bottom, Extwistle, Chapelthorpe, Crigglestone, Wakefield, Stanley, Normanton, Woodhouse, Altofts, Snydale, Royston, and Frickley. The charter was shown to the jurors. William, John, Henry, and John were thus seised in demesne as of fee and are still so seised.

He died on 20 November last. John Woderofe is his kin and next heir, as the son of John brother of Oliver, and aged 14 and more.
