She was seised of the following in demesne as of fee.
Kingston on Soar, Costock, Bonington, Sutton, and East or West Leake (Leek), 3 messuages, 80 a. land, and 4 a. meadow.
A moiety of onemoiety of messuage, 10 a. land, and one acre of meadow in Kingston on Soar, annual value 6s. 8d., are held of the king in chief by petty serjeanty and rent of 15d., payable at Michaelmas for all services.
The rest is not held of the king but of others, service unknown. She granted the messuages etc. to Robert Parlebien and his heirs. The grant was made by charter dated 10 May 1430 in which the above is described as all her lands, tenements, and meadows in the vills and fields of Kingston on Soar, Costock, Bonington, Sutton, and East or West Leake (Leek). Robert then gave them to Katherine and to the heirs of her body, with successive remainders to John Etwell , still living, and to the heirs of his body; and Henry Etwell and to his heirs in perpetuity.

She died on 20 March 1431, seised in her demesne in fee tail without heir of her body. Thomas Faukener , her next heir, is aged 40 and more.

John Etwell occupied the above after her death and took the issues by virtue of his remainder. He is still in occupation.
