There is a site, worth nothing yearly; a garden, worth 4d. yearly; 4 virgates of arable, each virgate worth 4s. yearly; 16 a. meadow, each acre worth 4d. yearly; 100 a. pasture, each acre worth ½d. yearly; 40 a. wood, each acre worth ¼d. yearly; a fishery in the Loddon, worth nothing yearly; and assize rent of £8, 2lb pepper, and 3lb cumin, payable at Michaelmas and Easter by equal parts.
Earley Bartholomew, the manor with advowson of the chapel there, held of John, Lord Arundel Mautravers, by fealty only. There is a site with a garden, worth nothing yearly; 4 virgates, each worth 4s. yearly; 30 a. meadow, each acre worth 4d. yearly; 50 a. pasture, each acre worth ½d. yearly; 15 a. wood, worth nothing yearly; a fishery in the Thames, worth nothing yearly; and £9 assize rent, payable at Michaelmas and Easter by equal parts.
Pauntons, the manor, held of John, Lord Arundel Mautravers, by fealty only. He died on 19 June last. Agnes is aged 36 and more and Walter is aged 22 and more.
