Holdings
He held no lands or tenements of the king or any other but held the following long before his death.
Maddington, a carucate of arable containing 70 a. land, each acre worth 3d. yearly; 4 a. meadow, each acre worth 20d. yearly; 100 a. pasture, each acre worth 1d. yearly; and 26s. 8d. assize rent from free tenants, payable at Easter and Michaelmas by equal parts, held of the king in chief by being the king’s larderer and buyer for the cook-house at the coronation of each king and queen in England and at all other times.
He gave the above by charter without royal licence to Thomas Hody , John Heryng , and Henry Govys , and to their heirs in perpetuity.

He died on 20 August last. John Stourton , son of Elizabeth one of his daughters and heirs, and John Bonevyle , son of Eustasia his other daughter and heir, are his kin and next heirs.

They are respectively aged 26 and more, and 22 and more.
