Reversion of the manors of Rosuick and Winnianton, the advowson in Tyrath , and messuages and lands in the vills of Trevoole, Trevarthian, Trenuggo, Trevean, Trevowhan, Market Jew, Penmeneth, Brevadnack, and Trungle, held by Robert Hulle and Joan for Joan’s life, were granted to Thomas, Edward etc. [as above] for their lives. Reversion of 1/3 Trethevas manor, held by Robert and Joan for Joan’s life, was granted to Thomas, Edward etc. [as above] for the life of Otes Trevarthyan , with reversion to Thomas, Edward etc. [as above] for the life of Joan, lately wife of Otes Trevarthyan and now wife of Thomas Carmenov , still living. After the death of Thomas, Edward etc. [as above], and of Joan wife of Otes Trevarthyan , the reversions pertain to Ralph Reskymmer , kin and heir of Otes Trevarthyan as the son of Idony sister of Otes. Robert Hulle and Joan attorned to Thomas, Edward etc. [as above]. She was seised in dower by endowment of John Trevarthyan of
a corrody from the priory of St Michael ’s Mount, annual value 60s.
