Clifton Reynes, the manor, held of Lady Ros, service unknown.
Newton Blossomville, the manor, held of the earl of Stafford , service unknown.
Their annual value is £10. He granted them to Ralph Reynes , now deceased, and John Forthe, chaplain , still living, and to their heirs and assigns in perpetuity. The grant was made by his charter dated Clifton Reynes 26 December 1416 and sealed with his arms. It was shown to the jurors.

He died on 25 March last. Walter Reynes is his son and next heir, and aged 25 and more.
