Weston Brytt, lands and tenements, annual value 20s. Of whom they are held and by what service is unknown.

He died on 8 September 1409 when John his son and next heir was aged 4 and more. John died unmarried in the king’s wardship on 1 December 1409 when Thomas son of Henry and John’s brother and next heir was aged 3 and more. Thomas was aged 21 on 30 November last.

John Brocard occupied the lands and tenements and took the issues from 8 September 1409 by letters patent of Henry IV [CPR 1408–1413, pp. 89, 155].
