He further held the manor of Thomas earl of Devon , a minor in the king’s wardship, of his castle and honour of Plympton by the same services, .
Thomas Denys held lands and tenements in East or West Leigh of William by homage and fealty. He further held by the same services of the same earl of Devon of the same castle and honour.
He died seised of the following which he held by curtesy after the death of Joan his late wife, reversion to Elizabeth daughter and heir of Joan and one of his heirs.
Dornaford, the manor, of Thomas Prous , services unknown, annual value 6 marks.
Hook, a moiety of the following: 6 messuages, 6 ferlings of land and 20 a. wood, of the same earl by knight service of his castle and honour of Okehampton, annual value 13s. 4d.

He died seised of the following in his demesne as of fee.
?Fursham, rent of 12d. and 1/4lb. pepper yearly to him at Easter and Michaelmas and rent of 1lb. pepper to him every third year at Michaelmas for lands and tenements. He further held these tenements of the prioress of Shene of her manor of Otterton, service unknown.
Ayleston, 8s. rent from lands and tenements which Alexander Champernon , Richard Addeston and Tiranus Attetrewne jointly held of him by knight service. He further held these tenements of Philip Curtenay of his fee of Polesby by the same services.
Robert Hille, junior , Robert Corun , William Gilbert , William Attewode , Robert Hay and Thomas Boys separately held lands and tenements in Lipson, ?Houghton (Hogweton) and Cumery of him by knight service. He further held of Philip Curtenay of his same fee of Polesby by the same service.
He died seised of the following in his demesne as of fee.
Efford, annual rent of 1lb. cumin for lands and tenements which the same Robert Hille held of him in free socage, and which he further held of Philip Curtenay of the same fee by knight service.
Collaton, 4s. rent from lands and tenements which John de Coleton held of him for this rent and by knight service, and which he held of William Wadham of his manor of Harberton by knight service.
Dartmouth (Clyfton Derthemouth Hardenasse), 5s. 4d. rent from lands and tenements which Roger Bakelworthy , John Vele and Thomas Hille separately held of him in free burgage, and which he further held of Robert Louell in free socage.
Sutton, 21s. 8d. annual rent from tenements which Stephen Derneford , John Jabyn , John Dalman , John Grete , John Payteven , Henry Fylle and Thomas Fate separately held of him in free burgage, and which he further held of John Vautort for the same services.
He was seised in his demesne as of fee of the manor of Stonehouse which he gave to Thomas Stawell, knight , William Paulet of Melcombe, John Bykebury, rector of Bigbury church , John Sygnet, clerk , John Gambon, junior , and William Werthe , for life of Elizabeth his wife, who survives. The feoffees were seised and granted all their estate in the manor to Elizabeth for her life. William died seised of the reversion. The manor is held of John earl of Huntingdon of his castle and honour of Trematon, service unknown.

He died on 9 August last. He married Joan and they had issue Elizabeth. Joan died and he then married Elizabeth who survives, and they had issue Margaret and Elizabeth. Elizabeth, Margaret and Elizabeth his daughters, are his daughters and next heirs. Elizabeth daughter of William and Joan was aged 8 years on 23 April last, Margaret his second daughter was aged 2 years on 12 November last and Elizabeth his third daughter was born on the feast of St Laurence last.
