She held lands and tenements in ?Wyld or Monkton Wyld and Burgh in Dalwood in her demesne as of fee tail by gift of John Strecch and other feoffees, as is clear in a tripartite charter dated at Shute, 6 June 1402 and shown to the jurors. By this charter the lands and tenements were granted to William Bonevylle, knight , now deceased, and Alice his wife and their heirs, remainder to William Bonevylle , son of John Bonevylle , deceased, and his male heirs. Alice died seised of this estate without heir by William Bonevyle her late husband. William Bonevylle son of John, now knight, survives and has right to the tenements by virtue of the gift and remainder, and is aged 30 years and more. The lands and tenements comprise the following.
She died on 27 March last. William Bonevyle, knight , is her kinsman and next heir as son of Elizabeth her daughter, and is aged 30 years and more.
