In the 1/3 there are the site, built with a hall, 2 rooms, a kitchen and 2 stables, worth nothing yearly; 6s. 9 1/4d. assize rents as above; 4 messuages and 4 bovates belonging to them, each messuage with its bovate worth 6s. 8d. yearly; 3 cottages, each worth 20d. yearly; 10 a. pasture, each acre worth 6d. yearly; 5 1/2 a. arable, each acre worth 4d. yearly; and 1/3 water-mill, worth 9s. yearly.

In the 1/3 there are the site, worth nothing yearly; 3s. 2d. assize rents from free tenants at the above terms; 4 messuages with 4 bovates belonging to them, each messuage with its bovate worth 10s. yearly; 2 cottages, each worth 2s. yearly; 1/3 fulling-mill, worth 6s. yearly; 7 a. pasture, each acre worth 6d. yearly; and 13 1/2 a. meadow, each acre worth 8d. yearly.
Grainsby, 1/3 manor, held of John duke of Bedford of the honour of Richmond, service unknown. In the 1/3 there are the site with its buildings and 13 a. arable, meadow and pasture demised for a term of years, worth 20s. yearly; 25s. assize rents from free tenants at Martinmas, Christmas, Candlemas, Easter, Pentecost, Lammas and Michaelmas; 5 messuages and 10 bovates, each messuage with 2 bovates worth 13s. 4d. yearly; 2 cottages, each worth 20d. yearly; 20 a. land and pasture, each acre worth 2d. yearly; and 4 a. meadow and pasture demised together, each acre worth 12d. yearly.
She died on 8 April last.
