He held no lands or tenements in demesne or in service of the king in chief. By enfeoffment of Nicholas Humfray and Robert Lymburgh , he held the following in his demesne as of fee tail, to himself and his heirs by Alice, his late wife.

Shillingstone, a tenement and 20 a. meadow,
held of Robert de Ponynges, Lord de Ponynges , in socage by a rent of a rose yearly, annual value £20.
Moor, 9 messuages, 3 carucates of land, 40 a. meadow and 200 a. pasture, and
Marnhull, 3 messuages and 100 a. land,
held of Nicholas abbot of Glastonbury , in socage by 2d. rent yearly, annual value 10 marks.
Todber, 4 messuages and 100 a. land, and
Stour Provost, 6 messuages, 120 a. land and 30 a. wood,
held of Ralph Rocheford, knight , in socage by a rent of a pair of gloves yearly, annual value 5 marks.
Winterborne Clenston, a tenement and a carucate, held of John Heryng in socage by a rent of 2 cumin seeds yearly, annual value 26s. 8d.
Shaftesbury, 2 carucates of land and 20 a. wood, held of Margaret abbess of Shaftesbury , by 1d. rent yearly, annual value 40s.
He died on 4 March 1422. Edith wife of John Neuburgh, junior , is the daughter and next heir of Robert and of Robert and Alice, his late wife, and was aged 19 years and no more on 1 October 1421.

Joan his widow occupied the lands and tenements and took their issues from the time of his death, and still does so.
