He died seised in his demesne as of fee of the following.

Skelton, 2 tenements, 30 a. land and 6 a. meadow, held of the king in chief by homage and fealty, namely by service of 1/9 knight’s fee, annual value 20s.
Kirkandrews, 26s. 8d. annual rent from the lands and tenements of Thomas Petyngton, chaplain , at Pentecost and Martinmas in equal portions.
He held jointly enfeoffed with Agnes his wife, who survives, 2 tenements, 3 cottages, 1/3 water-mill, 3 small wastes and a lodge by Skelton Wood called Scales, in Skelton, by enfeoffment by William Hoton, junior , and Richard Wryght, chaplain , for their lives, remainder to William de Southayk , Patrick’s son, and the male heirs of his body, with remainder in full to his heirs and assigns, as is apparent in the charter shown to the jurors and dated at Skelton, 31 July 1421. The tenements etc. are held of the king in chief by homage and fealty, namely by service of 1/9 knight’s fee, annual value 20s.

He died on 18 January last. John de Southayk , son of William Southayk his son, is his kinsman and next heir, aged 23 years and more.
