The manor is held of the king in chief of the honour of Boulogne by 1/4 knight’s fee.
Goldhanger, a messuage, worth nothing yearly, and 40 a. land, each acre worth 4d. yearly. The messuage and 20 a. of the 40 a. are held of the abbot of Beeleigh by service of 1d. at Easter; the other 20 a. are held of John Heuenyngham, knight , by service of 2d. at Easter.
Rawreth, the manor of Beeches, aggregated from various parcels. The following are held of John Doreward, esquire , in socage of his manor of Ra...,... paying ... at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions – 15 a. land in the fields called ?‘Conyngeseresgette’ and..., each acre worth 4d. yearly; a croft with attached toft, formerly Ivone Gale’s, the croft and toft containing 3a. land, each acre worth 4d. yearly; and a messuage and 3 a. land called ‘Kebbeles’, the messuage worth nothing yearly, each acre with 2 crofts of land in the adjacent field worth 4d. yearly. Rayleigh, a messuage called Harberts, in which there are 2 derelict houses, worth nothing yearly; 120 a. arable, each acre worth 4d. yearly; 5 a. meadow fit to mow, each acre worth 12d. yearly;... a. wood, worth nothing yearly because there is no underwood; and 3s. 4d. assize rents at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions. These are held of the duke of York 's heir of the honour of Rayleigh by service of 1/3 knight’s fee.
Rayleigh and Rawreth, a toft called ‘Ekkemed’, in which there are 2 a. land, each acre worth 4d. yearly; and [?80] a. arable, each acre worth 4d. yearly. These are held of Augustine Waleys in socage, by service of a pair of gloves, worth 2d. yearly, at Easter.
South Fambridge and Ashingdon, a tenement called ‘Fosteres’ in the vills, in which there are derelict houses, worth nothing yearly; 40 a. arable, each acre worth 4d. yearly; and [at least] 10 a. salt-marsh, each acre worth 2d. yearly. These are held of the Master of the college of Pleshey of his manor of South Fambridge in socage by service of 5s. at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions.
Milton and Southchurch, a tenement called ‘Porteres’ in the vills, in which there are derelict houses, worth nothing yearly; 60 a. arable, each acre worth 4d. yearly; and 4 a. wood in a wood called ‘Berlondeswode’, worth nothing yearly because there are only large trees. The tenement and land are held of the prior of Christ Church, Canterbury, by service of 10s. at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions, and the wood called ‘Berlondeswode’ is held of Robert Darcy and other feoffees of Joan, late countess of Hereford , of her manor of Leigh by service of 1d. at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions.
Prittlewell, a toft and 40 a. land called ‘Serleslond’, the toft worth nothing yearly and each acre worth 4d. yearly. They are held of the duke of York ’s heir of the honour of Rayleigh by service of 1/30 knight’s fee.

He died on 27 November last. William Baud is the son and heir of Elizabeth and the son and next heir of John, and was aged 18 years and more on 24 March last.

William was married during his father’s lifetime to Elizabeth daughter of William Rokesburgh of Stanstead Abbots in Hertfordshire.
