Nicholas Carrn and Mercy his wife have an annual rent of £10 at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions from the moiety by charter-grant of Stephen Hayme to them and their heirs. He died on 8 September last. William Ryngebourne is his son and next heir, aged 15 years and more.
