She held jointly with Philip her late husband the manors of
and in her demesne as of fee tail of Henry IV, service unknown, by the grant described in 69. Extents for both manors as in 68.She died on 18 April 1408. Thomas Seyntclere , son of Philip and Margaret, is the son and next male heir of Philip and Margaret, and was aged 21 years and more on 25 March last.
Philip survived Margaret and took the issues of the manors from her death until his death on the following 14 May [CIPM XIX, nos 453–463]. The manors were subsequently occupied by John Pelham until the death on 2 November 1418 of John Seyntclere , son and heir of Philip and Margaret, title unknown, and then John Wilcotes until the day of this inquisition.

John Tothyll occupied the manor and took the issues from Philip’s death until the death of John son and heir of Philip, by grant of John Pelham, chevalier, then Treasurer of England , and from John’s death until the day of this inquisition by grant of William Kenwelmersh, lately Treasurer of England , paying 20 marks yearly to the king through the hands of the escheator.
