She held jointly with Philip her late husband the manors of

and in her demesne as of fee tail of ‪Henry IV, service unknown, by the grant described in 69. Extents for both manors as in 68.

She died on 18 April 1408. Thomas Seyntclere , son of Philip and Margaret, is the son and next male heir of Philip and Margaret, and was aged 21 years and more on 25 March last.

Philip survived Margaret and took the issues of the manors from her death until his death on the following 14 May [CIPM XIX, nos 453–463]. The manors were subsequently occupied by John Pelham until the death on 2 November 1418 of John Seyntclere , son and heir of Philip and Margaret, title unknown, and then John Wilcotes until the day of this inquisition.

Occupation by Philip and John Pelham as in 84. Ralph Wymeldon then occupied the manor and took the issues from the time of John Seyntclere ’s death until the day of this inquisition and still does so, title unknown.

She died seised jointly with Philip her husband of the manor of Swaffham Prior in her demesne as of fee tail by the grant described in 69. Philip survived Margaret. Tenure and extent as in 72, except that payment of 45s. 4d. by various customary tenants is not given.

Date of death and heir as in 84.

Philip occupied the manor from her death until his death on the following 14 May. John Tothyll occupied the manor and took the issues from Philip’s death until the death of John son and heir of Philip, by grant of John Pelham, chevalier, then Treasurer of England , and from John’s death until the day of this inquisition by grant of William Kenwelmersh, lately Treasurer of England , paying 20 marks yearly to ‪the king through the hands of the escheator.

and in her demesne as of fee tail by the grant described in 69. Extents for Lagham, Marden and Burstow as in 76,
except that the service of 1 1/2d. for the tenement called ‘Stondlond’ belonging to Lagham manor is here said to be for the tenement formerly Richard Burstowe’s.
One parcel of the manor of Hedgecourt called ‘Shauencie’ with part of the park there is held of Lady de Dalyngregge of her manor of Shiffolds by service of 10s. rent yearly. The other parcel of the manor, called ‘Lilley’, with the rest of the park is held of William Warbelton of his manor of Tandridge, services unknown. In the manor there are 500 a. land, wood, meadow and pasture, each acre worth 2d. yearly.

Philip survived Margaret. Occupation by Philip and John Pelham as in 84. Afterwards, Ralph Radmelde and Richard Banbury occupied the manors and took all issues until the day of this inquisition by letters patent of ‪Henry V‬ [CFR 1413–22, pp. 285–6].
