1/3 manor of Downham – except for 38s. 2d. rent and the relief and services of the manorial tenants – annual value 5 marks. The manor is held of the king in chief of the English crown by 1/4 knight’s fee.

She died on 1 May 1421. John brother of Richard was aged 21 years on 21 June last.

Robert Halsole, esquire , occupied 1/3 manor from her death and still does so by virtue of letters patent of ‪Henry V‬, thereby taking all issues.
