She held in her demesne as of fee of ‪Henry V‬ in chief of the honour of Hatfield Peverel,

a built-upon tenement in Acton, by service of 1/3 of 1/2 of 1/2 knight’s fee. It contains 4 a. land, worth nothing yearly; 84 a. arable, each acre worth 2d. yearly; 6 a. meadow, each acre worth 18d. yearly; 4 a. pasture, each acre worth 4d. yearly; 10 a. underwood, cut every 8th year, each acre worth 3s. 4d. yearly when cut, but this year nothing because cut 3 years ago; and 24s. assize rents from various tenants in the vills of Acton, Sudbury, Groton and Kettlebaston at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions.
She held in her demesne as of fee
12 a. arable, each acre worth 2d. yearly, of Lady Alice Bryene, service unknown.

She died on 10 March 1422. John Clerebek is her son and next heir, aged 50 years and more.

He has taken all issues since her death until the day of this inquisition and still does so, manner unknown.
