Margaret Marny , who died a minor in the wardship of ‪Henry V‬, held no lands or tenements of the king in chief of the crown in demesne or in service, but she died seised in her demesne as of fee of

1 a. English in Trefreock held of Alice Bonvyle of her manor of Polrode, service unknown, annual value 8d.
Thomas Marny, chevalier, her father, was seised long before his death in his demesne as of fee of the following manors and lands. Described as Thomas de Marny son of William de Marny, chevalier , deceased, he granted them to Robert de Teye, esquire , Walter Bodulgate and John Sumpter , who survive, and John Syrston , deceased, for their lifetimes, to hold of Thomas and his heirs by a rose at Midsummer and paying the rents by the hands of Thomas to the chief lords of those fees and performing the services thence due and customary, as is contained more fully in his charter shown to the jurors and dated at Colquite, 20 June 1415. Robert, Walter and John Sumpter were and are still seised and Margaret died seised of the reversion as of fee and right, having held as follows.
Colquite, the manor, of John Dynham, knight , of his manor of Cardinham by knight service, annual value £30.
St Endellion, the advowson of the prebend or portion of the church, to which the acre [in Trefreock] belongs, of Alice Bonvyle of her manor of Polrode, service unknown, annual value nil.
Pencarrow, 1/2 manor, as Colquite, annual value 100s.
and 1/3 manors, of the king of his castle of Launceston of his duchy of Cornwall by knight service,
annual values 70s.

Tredowar, 1/3 of 16 messuages and of 200 a. land, of John Dynham, chevalier , as before service unknown, annual value 60s.
Trethevan, a moiety of 12 messuages and of 140 a. land, of John Layhgy , service unknown, annual value 50s.

She died on 15 November 1421. John Marny her uncle, brother of Thomas her father, is her next heir, aged 21 years and more.
