She died on 7 April without issue by John Felton . William Boynton , aged 22 years and more, is her son and next heir by Henry Boynton , formerly her husband. John Hastyng is the right and next heir of John Felton in the manor of West Matfen and lands in Nafferton, i.e. son and heir of Elizabeth daughter and heir of John Felton . The lands which Elizabeth held in dower in the manor of Edlingham and in Lemmington, Newton on the Moor, Black Heddon, `Southbotland', `le Steele' in Redesdale and Thirston ought to descend to John Hastyng and the heirs of his body as kinsman and heir of John Felton and Joan by virtue of a gift by William de la Vale, knight , and Richard Edlyngham, chaplain , and others to John Felton , his wife Joan and the heirs of their bodies, remainder to the right heirs of John Felton . John Hastyng is aged 22 years and more.
