Refers to CIPM XX, no. 757. Inquire by whose grant Thomas Grene, knight, held 3 a. meadow in Kingston on Soar and 8s. 4d. rent there; 6d. rent in West Leake; 17s. 8d. rent in Stanford on Soar; 3s. 10d. rent in Sutton; 6s. rent in Bonington; 9 carrying works at ploughing from tenants in Ratcliffe on Soar; 9 carrying works there in autumn; a carrying work in Sutton and another in Bonington, of which he died seised in his demesne as of fee tail jointly with his wife Mary, who survives.
