He also held the reversion of the other moiety, which John Perveys of London and John Gryffyth of Salisbury hold for life of John Judde of Salisbury and his wife Gillian by Philip's demise, annual value of that moiety £12.

He held the manor of Bromham jointly with his wife Elizabeth, who survives, by virtue of a fine of mor. Ascension 1409 [CP 25/1/290/61, no. 140] between Philip son of Philip Botiller of Woodhall and his wife Elizabeth, quer., and William Gothirstoke , Richard Lyversegge , John Style of Hitchin and Robert Fossard , def., concerning the manor of Bromham in Bedfordshire and the manor of Sele in Hertfordshire, by which Philip acknowledged the manors to be the right of Richard as those which Richard, William, John and Robert had of his gift. For that acknowledgement they granted the manors to Philip and Elizabeth to hold to them and the heirs of Philip.
Bromham. Of whom the manor, annual value £10, is held is unknown.
He also held in his demesne as of fee the manor of Higham Gobion, annual value £40, which, except for a meadow in Wrest, is held of Baldwin Pygyt, knight , service unknown. The meadow is held of Reynold Grey, lord of Ruthin , by service of 2s. yearly.

Henry granted them to Ralph and Hawise to hold to them and the heirs of their bodies, remainder to the right heirs of Hawise. Ralph and Hawise had issue John Botiller senior and Ralph Botiller of Woodhall. John had issue Edward Botiller, knight , who died without issue. Ralph Botiller of Woodhall had issue Philip Botiller of Woodhall who had issue Philip Botiller, knight , named in the writ.
