He also held a tenement of the purparty of Katharine, wife of Richard Appelton , a sister and heir of William de Bekwell , deceased, son and heir of Henry de Bekwell , son and heir of Henry de Bekwell and his wife Agnes, belonging to the manor of Briddinghurst' or 'Briddinghurst tenement' by service of 4s. rent yearly and suit at the three-weekly court at Briddinghurst. `Brounes tenement' is worth yearly, above making a `thorowe' called `erlesthorowe', 16s. 8d.
