By a fine of 1348 [CP 25/1/287/43, no. 421] she held the manor of Tollard Royal in Wiltshire with 1/2 advowson, the manor and the advowson of Long Crichel and 20 a. meadow in Hampreston in Dorset.

Holdings
By a fine of 1348 as in 274 between John son of Thomas de Fremantell and his wife Eleanor, pl., and Thomas de Freemantell and John Brownyng , def., 1/2 manor of Tollard Royal and 1/2 advowson were recognised to be the right of Thomas by the gift of John the son. Grant to John and Eleanor and render to them in court to hold to them and their heirs with remainder to his right heirs. John son of Thomas, alias Govys, and Eleanor held and had issue Richard. John died. Richard married Joan Crukern and had issue Eleanor and Joan. Joan the wife died. Richard took the religious habit in the Charterhouse of St. Anne , mother of the mother of God, in Coventry and became a monk on 14 Aug. 1392.
Eleanor and Joan are the heirs of Eleanor, being daughters of Richard son of Eleanor, aged 40 years and more.
Eleanor married John Savage , and Eleanor and John entered the 1/2s and held without royal licence until 3 Sept. 1413. John Savage died. Eleanor married Thomas Swanlond . They have held and taken the profits. Her sister Joan married Richard Langeford .
